Unacceptable service

Had a script filled in bamaga for my child and when I returned to Burpengary the school needed the box to reflect the doctors letter and paediatricians advice to increase the dosage. When I gave them the letter with the box they said by law I had to go all the way back to Bsmaga, 4 days drive to get the new label. What a load of crap. I went to another chemist out of my way and had it done. Ignorant, rude and you can tell its not their business.

Disgusting Customer Service

I was in store, Upper Carindale store looking to purchase several bottles of Perfume for xmas gifts, I waiting patiently while a staff member was serving another customer. She then proceeded to serve a new customer so I approached her, she asked me if she could help me, I told her the perfume I was looking for and she proceeded to tell me "its on the other side" very rudely, I then said I have already looked and could she show me.

Her rude response was I'm with someone at the moment you will have to wait. I will never shop in this store again, this staff member has no manners and is so abrupt Im not sure why she would be working in retail.

I then walked downstairs to a different Priceline and purchased the perfume I was looking for. I also mentioned my experience to the lovely lady serving me, her response was, yes she is aware of this particular lady as she has had many customers complain about her.

Slow to dispatch online orders

Ordered online, 2 business days went by and no confirmation email that my order was dispatched. Called customer service line just to be told that they are behind because of the sale and it could be another 1-2 days before they even pack and send my order. Usually with other businesses I order from online I can be sure it is at least sent from the business in a timely manner. I was hoping Id receive this makeup in time for an event, theres no chance now.

Dont but foundation at pricelineWent into the store for them to help with colour matching to my skin..they dont make it easy as they have no samples ..so it was hit and miss ..yes I had to return it as it was far to light.. Honestly I dont know how you sell foundations with no samples So once again its the wrong shade and im stuck with it! $30 in the bin! NOT HAPPY JAN !

The CEO of Priceline should have implemented a rule to keep future notices in 2024 if no response is received, as failure could lead to the company's closure. Priceline staff in the pharmacy area are understaffed due to weak areas. When dealing with customers, they must be forced to work and wait for orders. The pharmacy area is not allowed to have a friend's or ex-staff area. Staff talking to team friends is acceptable, but when customers do not talk, it could lead to mistakes and incorrect pharmacy orders. CCTV should be monitored by the CEO to ensure their safety.

No one except the hotel is able to find my information.

On Thursday June 1, 2023,I booked a reservation online. It was for $509.66 thru Visa .8424

My original confirmation number was B_969**** for Drury Inn Huntsville Space and Rocket Center for 2 nights June 16-18( it was meant to be July 14-16.)

I received this on June 2 at 11:13:13AM

It arrived in my email at mfpmn@***.com

As soon as I received this email and realized the error, I immediately called the Drury.

(1-25*-***-****)

I found it was booked online thru Getaroom. (Which I was unaware of) and was non refundable.

However Drury said they were willing to change the reservation if Corporate agreed.

I contacted Drury Corporate and they were agreeable to this but needed a request for an advance purchase reservation. Which I submitted.The ID # 68970 on the page in an email from Drury was to myself and AdvancePurchase@***.com

The attached reply email was from Advance Purchase ID 182

They instructed me to make a new Advance Purchase Priceline Agoda reservation and then reply to their email with a new confirmation number.

Then they can request that Priceline Agoda refund me.

I then talked with 1-85*-***-**** and they said in order to continue this process they would need to cancel my original reservation.

They did so and gave me a cancellation #

Evidently because my reservation was canceled they can find no records. And usually I could not get past the recording because it would not take my confirmation #.

I am a member of Priceline but I did not use this information because it looked as if I was going through Drury

I have also been a Drury member for many years thru my husband.

If the only way to get my room date moved which Drury has agreed to, is to pay another $509.66 to Priceline again, after the runaround, I am hesitant to put money down again thru Priceline

Staff member hung up on me. Received no product.

Received no product. Lady in Penrith store was rude, arrogant, hostile and I have never spoken to such an aggressive person. She hung up on me and I am left with no product and the memory of an absolutely repugnant employee! Very distressing situation and no product. I believe this lady should be sacked!!!

Medications not dispenced but charged for

Yes. I as able to resolve the issue by speaking to a different member of staff the next day.I wonder why the persons assumption on the prior day was that my partner was a theif as opposed to there having been a system error.

Priceline Woden claimed that my partner -had not paid for a prescription
this is concerning to us because one of the medication they claim was dispensed and not paid for was a medication my partner has not taken since 2022.
my partner was told to pay or his prescription would not be filled - so he did.
to ensure there was no error on our behalf - we searched all the prescriptions in our possession and reviewed our home security footage, that shows that I did not leave the house on the day of the claim and my partner arrived home after 6pm from the bus stop empty handed.
We are very concerned that there has been a medication error in the pharmacy

Misinformed - Beautiful Magnolia perfume

So I rang up your pharmacy in Orange to see if they had the above mentioned perfume in, which a young girl looked and got back to me and said yes. So I said I will be in tomorrow, Monday as I was working .

I clarified that is was half price $75 and she said yes. I then said please hold that for Monday I will be in and she agreed.

I go in today, Monday and waited for Cara to come back into store, the assistant explained the situation and I was refused that price by her.

I was very annoyed and walked out. Maybe she needs to inform her staff properly.

I will not be returning to that store.

Im a good customer there. She has lost my business.

I work in retail and if our sale finishes we are happy to honour the sale price, especially if its the next day.

But when you dont get the correct information, thats very unprofessional.

Outstanding service

I am a 77 year old pensioner and travelling around Australia and some months ago when at Yemba I went to Priceline pharmacy at Yamba to hopefully assist me with my blister packs,. I had been to another pharmacy and they refused to help but the girls at your Priceline Yamba fixed my problem with courtesy and a smile,.

A month later and on christmas eve I noticed I had to refill my blister packs and was refused by two other pharmacies' however I rang Erina Priceline and spoke to Joanne who mad it possible for me to have my request granted.

She rang my old pharmacy at Penrith and did other actions above and beyond her duty to ensure I had my cirrect medication and on Christmas Eve when the shop was packed with shoppers it was an amazing effort. I will only ever use Priceline in the future outstanding friendly professional service.

No medication in when ordering

Kambah Priceline are useless, 4 times now when ordering online I have to wait until stock is in really one script I had to wait over 6 days to have script filled, yes I could have gone else where my hard copy scripts with them, never going to use this pharmacy again waist of time not very professional when dealing with customers health.
